Tarja – Act II

Nachdem die ex Nightwish Sängerin Tarja Turunen 2012 mit ihrem „Act I“ ein erfolgreiches Live Album fabrizierte, haut sie uns nun die Fortsetzung um die Ohren. Der Fokus lag dabei auf den letzten drei Alben, vor allem dem aktuellen „The Shadow Self“. Die Hübsche rockt mit ihrer Band, in der u.a. auch ex Farmer Boys Gitarrist Alex Scholpp spielt und komponiert, im italienischen Mailand und präsentiert in der aufwendigen Show 21 Tracks. Darunter Hits wie „I Walk Alone“, „Victim of Ritual“ oder das James Bond Theme “Goldfinger”. Auch ein kurzes Nightwish Medley mit drei Stücken ist auch dabei, da hätte ich mir aber andere Songs bzw. etwas mehr erwünscht. Es gibt auch ein paar Tracks Accoustic dargeboten. Die Madame ist fantastisch bei Stimme, wechselt öfters mal die Garderobe und hat eine sehr aufwendige Live Show. Kommt cool!

Weiterhin ist ein intimer, vor kleinem Publikum gefilmter Gig aus den Metropolis Studios (London) enthalten. 12 Songs in s/w gefilmt und die Band quasi „zum Anfassen“. Gute Idee das noch mit drauf zu packen. Ausführliche Interviews und Fotos Sessions bilden das Bonus Programm. „Act II“ hat Bild & Ton mäßig nur Bestes zu bieten und wurde 100% professionell gefilmt. Neben der mir vorliegenden Bluray gibt es auch CD und Vinyl, DVD und Mediabook. Check it Out!
